They have accompanied Taipei residents for six decades. The star fruit is handpicked and freshly cut by contracted fruit farmers in southern Taiwan. It’s then pickled using traditional methods for three months to develop its unique flavor. Hand-cut slices of Taiwan Golden Diamond Pineapple, served with crushed ice, offer a refreshing and invigorating experience. These are cherished cooling treats that have stood the test of time!
Star Fruits Ice has been part of the Store Transformation in Taipei program, initiated by the Taipei City Government in 2015. The program aims to revitalize Taipei’s food and beverage sector as well as its traditional industries.
