Established in 1845, this was the first tea shop in Bangka (Wanhua District). Inheriting the wisdom of imperial physicians, this family has been producing health-enhancing teas for six generations. All tea leaves undergo a maturation process involving roasting, followed by a resting period to allow the tea’s nature to mellow before it is offered for sale. The nuances between new and aged teas are distinct. Taiwanese high-mountain oolong, characterized by its light roasting and fermentation, exudes a delicate and refreshing fragrance. This unique aged tea, over three decades old, has been subjected to multiple roasting processes, yielding a deep reddish-brown infusion that is both smooth and refined. The signature offering of the tea shop is a Yunnan old-tree pu-erh tea, aged to develop a profound and enduring aftertaste.
