On Section 2, Chang’an East Road, close to Nanjing Fuxing and Songjiang Nanjing metro stations, Korean cold noodles are served here, in dry and soup versions. The noodles are made with buckwheat and sweet-potato starch. For the dry noodles, the noodles are iced immediately after cooking, a chili sauce with sugar and vinegar is mixed in, and garnishes including pear and baby cucumber slices are added texture. The fragrant spiciness is pleasingly melodious. For the refreshing, flavorful soup noodles, licorice and chili-pepper seeds enhance the beef broth, complementing the beef tendon and boiled egg.
