With an outstanding culinary team led by renowned head chef Ah-Chi, two restaurants serve up two major Eastern and Western cuisines. The sea-view music restaurant Arcadia Café has differently-themed exotic dishes each season that are suited to young and old and is a popular family restaurant. There’s also Chef A-Chi Dim-sum Restaurant, which retains the traditional push carts of Hong Kong dim-sim eateries. The steaming bamboo steamers are wheeled straight to diners’ tables; as the emphasis is on the original flavor of the ingredients, the dishes have little superfluous decoration.
